7 Days in the chiller from the day they are packed. The Pack Date is printed on every box. Don't freeze MAP Bento Boxes; it defeats the Packaging. Vacuum Packed can be frozen if you need longer.
Peel back the top seal, pour the Sauce Sachet over the food if one is included, and microwave 2 minutes or 3 minutes. A steamer works too.

Every Order earns 5 AP for each RM 1 spent on Meals ( Packaging and Delivery Fees excluded ). 100 AP = RM 1.00 OFF a future order — Up to 10% of that Order OR towards AERA Merchandise. Points are tied to the Email you order with and expire 6 Months after they are earned. No Sign-In needed : At Checkout, type your email and your balance appears with a dropdown to pick how much to take off before you pay.
